Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to services purchased directly from Love Monday Consulting LTD, unless different terms are expressly agreed for a particular service.
Individual sessions
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full or treated as used.
We may make exceptions at our discretion.
Programmes
Consumers purchasing a programme online may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract.

If you ask for the programme or associated services to begin during those 14 days, any refund may be reduced to reflect services already provided where permitted by law.
Different rules may apply to digital content made available immediately after purchase.
After the 14-day cancellation period, programme fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Refund processing
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.
Any statutory rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected.
