The exact content, format, personnel, timing and delivery method of individual services may vary and will normally be described at the point of purchase or agreed separately.
We may use appropriately qualified or experienced members of our team, contractors or associates to deliver parts of a service or programme.
4. No guarantee of results
Personal development, coaching, relationships and emotional wellbeing are highly individual.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from our services.
Any testimonials, examples, case studies or results presented on our website or marketing materials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same outcome.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.
5. Payment
Prices and payment arrangements will be shown or agreed when you purchase a service.
Where instalments are offered, agreeing to an instalment plan does not necessarily convert the purchase into a monthly subscription. Unless otherwise stated, instalments may represent payment of the total agreed programme fee.
Failure to attend or use a service does not automatically remove an obligation to make payments already agreed, subject to your statutory cancellation rights and these Terms.
6. Individual session cancellation
Individual appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge where at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, we reserve the right to charge for the session or treat the session as used.
We may choose to waive this requirement at our discretion.
If we need to cancel or rearrange a session, we will endeavour to offer an alternative appointment.
7. Programme cancellation
Where you purchase a programme online as a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, where applicable under consumer law.
To cancel, email alexis@theavoidanttherapist.com.
If you ask us to begin providing services during the 14-day cancellation period and subsequently cancel, we may be entitled to deduct a reasonable amount for services already supplied, to the extent permitted by law.
Where immediate access to digital content is provided, additional rules may apply. Where legally required, we will ask for your express agreement to receive immediate access and acknowledgement of any effect this has on your cancellation rights.
After the applicable 14-day cancellation period has expired, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed or required by law.
Nothing in this section affects statutory rights relating to services that have not been provided with reasonable care and skill or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Missed sessions
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without sufficient notice, that appointment may be treated as used.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology, internet connection and appropriate environment for online sessions.
9. Changes to programmes
We may make reasonable changes to the structure, scheduling, content or delivery of a programme where necessary.
Where a material change substantially affects the service purchased, we will seek to provide a reasonable alternative or other appropriate remedy.

Unless otherwise stated, all content provided through our website, programmes and services, including videos, worksheets, frameworks, written materials, recordings, graphics and training materials, belongs to Love Monday Consulting LTD or its licensors.

Where appropriate, any refund or outstanding payment will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of our website, educational materials or services.
Our services require your active participation and personal judgement. You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you take.
